Do we offer financing?

Fairway Custom Homes Inc has trusted relationships with new construction
lenders and title companies to ensure building with Fairway is a smooth process
from concept to completion. We’re also happy to work with your chosen lender
should you have one in mind.

Do you do additions or detached garages?

From home remodeling to pool houses, accessory dwelling units to detached
garages, we can bring your project to life. Ask how your detached garage might be
enhanced by a storage room above, or even a finished space to use as your home
office, gym or guest quarters.

Can you finish our basement?

Whether you have plans ready or need inspiration, we’d love to speak with you
about your basement finish.

Can you help with my siding, roofing and windows?

If you have storm damage, are ready to update your existing home, or need your
new construction exterior finished, We have specific teams dedicated to the
